As the warmer days are becoming more frequent please keep in mind the following pool and spa rules for a more enjoyable and safe experience:

- Residents must accompany guests at all times.

- Children between the ages of 3 and 18 may use the Main Pool only daily between the hours of 10:00am and 12:00pm/Noon.  Children must be registered and tagged at the Recreation Office.  After the children's swim time is over, all children must leave the swimming pool area once they dry off and dress.

- Guests must be with a resident to use the spa.  Children are not allowed in the spa.  A child is anyone under the age of 18. 

- There is NO lifeguard on duty.

- Rough and rowdy is not allowed.  This includes running and jumping into the pool, diving or shoving others into the pool. 

- No glass, ceramic or other breakable containers permitted in the pool area.

- Showers are mandatory before using the spas and pools.

- Persons with symptoms of communicable diseases, such as skin lesions or heavy colds are requested not to use pool, spa or shower.

- No pets allowed in pool area. 

- Beacon Pool, Spa & Cabana hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm
